Vehicle Information – Moto-Jet Snowmobile
In the Monsters on Machines universe, the Moto-Jet is a compact, lake-runner special designed for riders who treat frozen water like a racetrack. Think light steel chassis, narrow ski stance, and a snappy fan- or free-air–cooled two-stroke twin in the 300–340cc range. With aggressive clutching and a low overall weight, the Moto-Jet jumps hard out of the hole and feels alive when you roll into the throttle on hardpack or wind-blown ice.
Up front, straight skis and leaf-spring suspension keep the steering simple and tough, while a bogie-wheel rear suspension supports a modest-lug track that balances traction with the ability to skim over crust, slush and pressure ridges. The squared blue hood, small windshield, and long black seat give the sled a purposeful look, somewhere between trail sled and pure lake-racer. Rear rack rails make room for a small fuel can or gear bag, turning the Moto-Jet into a surprisingly useful all-around machine.
